Nebohá paní Pomsta (2005)

Although I can’t deny Park unique approach and his effort to bring something new, third movie of his Revenge Trilogy is way too poetic for me. 6/10

Hlasy mrtvých (2023)

Unique concept - bad cast - bad performance - bad directing - cliches - not scary = almost trash. Thanks to that bag, though, we can overlook that fact. The biggest advert for the movie supposed to be a new rising “star” of Witcher Freya Allan, but honestly, she was pretty bad there and she’s pretty bad here, having most of the time same face expression. Kinda reminds me “open-mouth/acting style" of Kristen Stewart. 2/10

The Covenant (2023)

Naturally and flawlessly delivered. Story is not complicated, yet carefully and precisely intensified until final closure without typical cliches. 8/10

The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare (2024)

To compare with Inglourious Basterds, this one is down by two classes. But then again, if you decide to make your final act darker than a Dark Side of the Moon (I mean literally lights), then your message to the audience who awaits a grand finale is practically "Fuck off". And that’s just part of the problem. Despite 2 hours, you still have a feeling that the main act was rushed and underdeveloped, on the other hand we have a lot of focus on idiotic chitchatting.  Raw english humor, which I like so much is surprisingly nowhere around. And potential of R-rating was flushed down the toilet. Despite all of that, it’s still watchable in a range of average and poor expectation. 5/10

Godzilla x Kong: Nové impérium (2024)

New Kong x Godzilla is good. As far as you're watching these two and monsters around. But when story switch to humans, old prophecy ( of course there must be one) and other "essentials", all products of incredibly lazy writing, movie quickly becomes incredible hollow, boring and your monster experience is spoiled. That's all to that. But good luck next time Hollywood. 5/10

Pohraniční pásmo (2000)

One of a kind movie! Powerful story, great twist and memorable ending. I’ve never seen a better interpretation of just how bizarre is a war. With a powerful message that no matter how they try to convince us what is good and bad and who is in a right, if you give a chance to people decide for themself there is always hope for a common sense and humanity. That’s what I’d like to think  about it. So this is not your typical war story about good guys and bad guys. More like people vs. idiocracy. 10/10

Kaskadér (2024)

Another cheesy and lame action comedy for the youth which brings pain for the eyes and ears. Why? Well, it’s funny to watch a movie about a stuntman just to see stunts and fight choreography ruined by horrible editing and wrapped in a typical Hollywood's cliche circus, so desperately trying to be funny, just to end up being awkward. Another story is a script here. Oh boy! Must have been a very hard work to put together such a "complicated” story. And with that super dump dialogue It really feels like all of this was created in a one day. Truly, work of genius, but you must appreciate an effort, right? Wrong! That’s actually the biggest problem here. After first half it’s clear that the director can’t decide to which genre should movie incline more. Action, romance or comedy? So thanks to that, we have a TRAGEDY! (not sure why CSFD has a “drama" in description :D) And without Gosling’s smile and Blunt’s english charm, it would be a total disaster, something like Argylle which flopped in a box office and future sequel is a big “maybe, probably not” thing. And that’s a great news if you're asking me. Same fate can apply to Fall Guy after the latest news and there's no surprise either. Any Jackie Chan's old action comedy will show you how it must be done if you want to give a great stunts to people and make them to have a lot of fun along the way. Fall Guy is not a tribute to stuntmen. It’s a parasite trying to make a money and profit from their legacy. 4/10

Pureun sogeum (2011)

I kinda pity actors here. Kang-ho Song acting is the only reason to watch and finish it. I can't help myself but it feels like the movie didn't have a good budget and director. Script is childish and confusing from time to time. But the biggest fail for me was editing. It was very hard to watch and get a good insight into the story or characters "thanks" to that. At one point, scenes coming at you like a falling house of cards and is so annoying. It's like they didn't really care about a final cut quality so I didn't too. Disappointment. 4/10

Ossakhan yeonae (2011)

Romance+Comedy+Horror+Drama. What a crazy and bold idea, right? And it works! But its from a Korea and they know how to make great movies no matter what. Spellbound is no different and has delivered something special for me. 8/10

Jjakpae (2006)

Its like you're watching 3 different movies, all average at most. First we have a murder of an old friend, then teen-age  ass whooping parenting/investigation (this part was pretty bad on its own) and finally we have a bad kung-fu attempt. I didn't like it. Period. 4/10
